By engaging Destinations by Serena Luxmoore Pty Ltd (DBSL), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These outline how we operate, how bookings are managed, and the responsibilities of all parties.

1. Our Role

DBSL acts as a travel advisor and booking agent. We coordinate travel arrangements on your behalf with airlines, hotels, tour companies, transport providers, and global partners.
Each supplier has its own terms that form part of your booking. By confirming your travel, you accept those terms in full.

2. Payments

Payments for travel components are made directly to the relevant supplier unless otherwise arranged.
Travel arrangements are not confirmed until deposits or full payments are received by the supplier.

3. Pricing

All pricing is provided by suppliers and is subject to change until payment is processed.
DBSL is not responsible for pricing adjustments, currency fluctuations, or changes made by suppliers.

4. Changes and Cancellations

Change and cancellation policies depend on each supplier.
Fees may apply.
We will guide you through the process, but all charges are determined by the supplier and payable by you.

5. Travel Documentation

You are responsible for ensuring all travellers hold valid passports, visas, permits, and entry documents.
DBSL will provide guidance but cannot guarantee approval or entry into any destination.

6. Health and Safety

You are responsible for assessing your fitness to travel.
Some destinations require vaccinations or have health advisories. We recommend reviewing current information from Smartraveller and consulting your healthcare provider.

7. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Insurance should cover cancellation, medical, lost luggage, and unforeseen disruptions.

8. Liability

DBSL is not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
• Delays, cancellations, or interruptions beyond our control
• Illness, injury, loss, or damage suffered during travel
• Changes to schedules, facilities, or services made by suppliers

Where required by law, our liability is limited to the extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Concierge Services

Concierge support is included as standard for core travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation, and booked activities.
DBSL+ concierge services, including lifestyle arrangements and on-the-ground support, are available as an optional add-on.

10. Conduct

Respectful conduct is required when interacting with suppliers, staff, or other travellers.
Suppliers may refuse service if behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.

11. Website Use

All content on this website is owned by DBSL.
You may not copy or republish any material without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
